Give it a minute — a text can lag. If nothing comes, the number we hold may be an old one, or it may be a landline, and a landline cannot receive texts. Try a code by email instead.

Families often share one mobile number. If yours is on more than one account, we will text you asking which one you want — reply to that text, and your code follows straight after.
